Please note if you call us outside of our opening times your call may not be returned until the next working day. We advise you to leave a message with your name and contact number if you wish to have your call returned.

Cancellation policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you therefore we ask our clients to notify us at least 48 hours before if they no longer require their appointment or would like to reschedule their appointment.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money therefore if we receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or if you do not turn up to the appointment 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

All appointments over £25 will be asked to pay a deposit when booking in. This is non refundable if you fail to cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment.
